Introducing My Infant Concierge

I am excited to be offering a new service for the new year! My Infant Concierge is for new and expectant parents who feel overwhelmed by too much information and unsure of themselves in this new stage of life. It’s like having a doula in your pocket, to turn to whenever you need! Maybe you can relate to some of these feelings expressed by new moms.

“I did all the research and made a plan for breastfeeding my baby and getting them to sleep. No matter how hard I try, I keep failing because nothing is going how I pictured. What am I doing wrong?”

“I feel like I’m going crazy being stuck at home alone with the baby all day but leaving the house feels complicated and scary.”

“I love cuddling my baby but everyone says I’m spoiling her and I will live to regret it. Am I doing this wrong?”

“I really need a break from my baby but I feel guilty not being there for him every second. Maybe I’m not cut out to be a mom.”

Where do you turn when you’re sent home from the hospital with a baby and you don’t know what to do?

Your partner wants to help but is figuring this out right along with you. Your parents and in-laws are well-meaning but don’t understand why you want to do things differently. Your friends don’t have kids, or if they do they are struggling just as much as you are. Your pediatrician is keeping an eye out for medical issues but doesn’t have the time or resources to work through all your concerns in a way that makes you feel heard. The advice you find online is contradictory and makes you feel even more worried about messing this whole thing up.

My Infant Concierge is the missing piece to your puzzle. Now you don’t need to sort through hundreds of articles and social media posts in search of answers for all your questions. You have someone to talk to who will listen to your concerns without pressuring you into a particular solution. You get perspective and encouragement to follow your instincts and meet your needs so you can be the mom you were meant to be. You have space to vent, to feel all the feelings and know you are not alone in them. You have thoughtfully curated resources that will help you make the choices that are right for you, and weekly drop-in groups where you can connect with a community of other new parents from the comfort of your living room. Say goodbye to mom guilt and say hello to My Infant Concierge.

“As new parents, it’s hard to understate how much you don’t know and how many questions you have. Compound that with no sleep, and it can be a rugged time. Heather came to the rescue! She was the calm harbor in the storm of early parenting.” -Erika
